To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds are applicable only within 30 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. After reviewing your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
